We'll talk about living an inspired life.  In the activities in this unit, you will evaluate your current life satisfaction, revisit your core values, create your dream and find your touchstones.  Nothing else works until you understand your big picture.  Living unaligned will always cause stress and burnout. 

You'll never feel complete until you are living into who you really are. When you hold back  and live small, you feel more stress and less joy. In this unit, we take a deep dive into YOU, your skills and talents, what brings you joy, and your most noble vision of yourself. What would it take to be that person?  We'll also talk about boldness and fears and stepping into who you are and who you want to be!

In this unit, we're going deep into happiness research, neuroplasticity, mindset shifts, and finding out what will bring you more happiness. It turns out that happiness isn't something that happens when fun and good things occur, it is something that you create from the inside out.  Let's learn how! 

This unit is about finding and developing habits and routines that will help you to use your time and energy in ways that support you rather than work against you.  We'll tackle some big topics, building confidence, dealing with procrastination, raising your standards, and facing your fears.  And of course we've got some time tips to better align your time with your priorities.

We know this is a big one, and we didn't start here because before the material in this unit can work, you have to do some earlier work in understanding yourself and what you need and want you actually want. In this unit we'll talk about conquering burn-out, completing the stress cycle to prevent chronic stress, and finding the right kinds of self-care for you. We'll also build your resilience muscle and talk about reigniting your passion in a profession you choose because it means something to you. Get ready to change everything and open yourself up to new possibilities!

In this unit, you'll find out what a star system is and why you need one. Our work and our lives in general are challenging, and we don't need to go it alone.  We are more powerful than we ever dreamed we could be, and our star system will help you see and experience that potential.  Isolation is a dream killer, but when we work within our star system we can become unstoppable.
