You'll use the tool of the Enneagram to recognize your unique patterns and challenges, and then choose the ones that serve you best. 

You'll understand self-care and burn-out in a way you have never understood before. Generic self-care doesn't work because it isn't made for YOU. We use the Enneagram to help you find the specific joy-blockers and stress-burners for your personality type. 

We'll also dig into happiness research. You'll determine what joy and happiness means for you and identify small but meaningful ways that you can enrich your life and find more fulfillment.
